Traditional herbal uses: Frangipani is known as the Tree of Life in India. They are also used strung together as garlands (“leis”) in Hawaii. Called “kisipi”, it is used in Uganda to treat Herpes zoster.

I love the warm yellow and reddish/pink colours of this flower, who is as sweetly scented as her white sister. I always feel cheered by this velvety soft and warm flower, which releases its’ perfume as the sun climbs higher.
